Currently Yamabushi Farms produces Lion's Mane mushrooms. The mushrooms are edible mushrooms that have been studied extensively, with strong early scientific evidence that supports the mushrooms having health benefits for memory and neuron growth. The majority of the mushrooms we make are sold to restaurants. Any fresh mushrooms we are unable to sell immediately we dehydrate and powder, and we make that powder into tinctures, capsules, tea and dashi.
